We always advise using a solicitor when doing transactions away from the Uk or anywhere else, it is NOT mandatory to use a Solicitor but that is your personal preference, we have a good relationship with a number of good Solicitors in Menorca and we can arrange meetings for you to speak to them and get your own opinion on who you choose to use, we are totally unbiased, we do get a buddy rate when we need to do legal work for ourselves, hey thats life.
